Despite baking for years at home, and now my 12+ weeks of formal baking education, my brain still reads any reference of the “tablespoon” form of measurement as “terabytes.”

TB and T, which I most often encounter, are the worst. I even slip up and say it out loud sometimes. “Yeah, just add two terabytes of vanilla extract to that.”

My poor brain… a lot of tablespoons fit into one terabyte. The conversion is brutal.
